Write the days first

Enter the trip length, each day’s activities and weather assumptions. The seven-day city/work/rain example is illustrative and can be edited. It does not fetch weather or establish what a venue requires. Assign actual outfits and leave uncertain days empty rather than generating unsuitable clothes.

Deduplicate actual garments

The list takes the union of the pieces mapped to the chosen looks. A reused chino or coat appears once with its day usage. Removing or replacing an outfit changes the union; zero assigned looks gives an empty list. Personal extras and substitutions are recorded separately.

Make the laundry assumption explicit

Choose no laundry or washing after a specified day. The tool assumes washing is complete and the garment dry before the next day. Enter your own wear limits for tops, bottoms, dresses and bases; these are planning preferences, not hygiene or care instructions. Follow each garment’s actual care label.

Check quantities against what you own

Suggested copies equal the largest need in either laundry block under your wear limit. Edit quantities when your actual plan differs. A selected garment type does not prove you own several copies; adjust repeats, washing or substitutions before assuming another purchase.

Different trips need different extras

Work may need a matching suit; a family trip may need additional clothing changes; a cruise can include host-defined formal evenings; a ski or water activity needs appropriate specialist equipment; wet routes can need spare dry pieces. Add real requirements from your itinerary and qualified activity guidance rather than treating this as a complete safety checklist.

Download and check the final list

Export includes day outfits, usage, quantities, rewear and laundry assumptions, weather notes and personal extras. Print the same readable list. No weight, airline-rule, baggage-compliance or packing-safety claim is made from generic garment names.

These are original styling suggestions, not a body diagnosis or a claim of tested individual fit. Published 11 October 2026.
